Celebrating life with flowers!

Congratulations Kendra & Justin! October 17, 2009

This wedding was awesome to work on.  Kendra is our cousin and she and Justin gave us creative license so we were lucky to let our imagination go wild.  Their wedding ceremony was a the Central Union Church Courtyard.  We used a wood arbor dressed with curly willow branches, ivy vines, cymbidium orchids and even artificial grapes.   We adorned the aisle with silk and fresh flower pomanders and paper parasols.   The bridal party flowers were a mix of red and green flowers.   The reception was held at the Manoa Grand Ballroom.   They had a travel theme so we created 2 centerpiece designs.  Kendra wanted tall topiary arrangements so we had about half that were tall round bouquets in tower vases and the balance were shorter arrangement that featured a building or statue that represented a place that they have traveled to.   We re-used the ceremony flowers to decorate the head table and added buildings and statues of Paris and travel to signify their future journeys together.   Congratulations Kendra & Justin!
